Working under the influence, transportation use, possession, promotion or sale of alcohol, prohibited drugs and other prohibited substances in EJNL work sites is strongly prohibited.

EJNL will impose sanctions on any of its personnel or sub-contractors’ personnel that violate the Policy and conditions stated therein including termination of employment, and withdrawal of patronage/services from its agents, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
